I got on a few min. ago and just finished all the stage 1 quest and got the mount and all that happened after that was he told me to collect 7 more badges... Umm I thought I was finish with that? can anyone fill me in?

Windians didn't necessarily get it for beating PB, Hime said it was because Windia was a medium-population server. They still might have been chosen because of beating PB but we have no proof of it. I got an update in-game saying it would start within 7 hours
