i mean, they are. I almost always lose against them. They have detectors and supply depots which can raise and lower to block their base in the early game. They're units are cheap as hell (marines) and they can cloak their banshees whenever and focus fire on my photon cannons. /rant

I play Zerg, and I counter most Terrans hard. If a terran ever gets zerg rushed, then they need to change races/armies, because it takes them 20~1 minute to wall off.

I never played SC1 either and I usually fend off those stupid zerglings with my workers. EDIT: Supply depot is unfair. It usually takes me a while to break one. And then they store marines in this building to shoot me while I am breaking their supply depots at their entrance.

its more for defensive measures, of course it'll be hard to get in early in the game once they have bunkers/depots/barracks at the door but thats why you progress and invest in better units. dont let silly defense get your game down

I was in silver, but I got demoted when I was on a 4 win streak. Though yeah, Terran are rather over powered. It's annoying when they fly away onto that little island in the one map.
