Tomorrow's going to be my 1st day of being a freshman, I'm so nervous! I barely have any friends that have the same classes with me, and It's really hard to make friends, because I'm the kinda person that doesn't easily open up to other people(lol, yeah ikr?) I'm sure bullying won't be a problem, because the Freshmans go to this other separate building. Lol well It's just really hard for me to make friends because I'm a shy guy lol. Well other than that, I'm sure I'll do great, grade wise, lol. So anyone have any tips for a new freshman ? And I'm sad that today's the last day of my summer vacation lol :|.

It isn't that hard to make friends. I was really shy and I had to go to a school where I knew absolutely no one, and I met a bunch of people the first day. Just be yourself and eventually you will make some friends.

Be outgoing. You will regret not making friends when Senior year comes around. Go to parties. When someone disrespects you, Do something about it, dont shrug it off. Find out who you are, & dont judge people by there outer persona.

Just try to open up to the people around you in class or during lunch. You'll start chatting and then become friends sooner or later.

You can always find a buddy in one each one of your classes. I barely had any friends in my classes when i was a freshmen too but i found people who i had stuff in common with :o If you see people you have a lot of classes with you should try being their friends.

Just take it easy, try not to judge people on the first day. Approach people who seem friendly and see what happens.
