DPM Chart Matter?

I'm so fixated on the DPM that its affecting my Mapleing experience o_o Should I be worried that some of my classes are low, if not the lowest on the chart? What does that mean for me? I keep thinking that the lower you are on the chart, the worse the class is. Someone reassure me D:

Don't listen to that BB chart. Its wrong. And it matters somewhat. It gives people guidelines on who to invite. Keep in mind that most of the DPS that comes from this game is based on funding. It just shows class potential.

It's all based on gear... you can be #10 on the chart and easily out dpm #2 with gear. And the only way #2 will look alot stronger than you, is if they have better gear than you.

It's 1vs1 damage. Still have the possibility of fast training.

They're damage wasn't at par in 1v1 however. And Assassin are not overpowered (as many believe). They may have great 1v1 damage but their training is horrific.

if your so concerned about damage you should probably stop playing any of the CK characters as there potential is low compared to all the others.

Maplestory is about having fun. Remember that and you'll be successful. Well, im a FP. One of the lowest DPM-ers (next to bishops i believe). IDC. All that means is im not going on CZak runs unless im 20lvls above the average requirement. DPM only matters in boss runs. Training isnt always the high DPM. Every job has different training spots to suit their classes. Like i go to skeles once im 80/90. Other jobs dont even think about going to leafre until theyre lvl 110+. If you have a high DPM when training, your % / hour might be faster. Thats all. To me i couldnt care less about DPM.
