its vip.. meaning very important persons.. so not everyone can get them. you probably cant either then

[/quote] I heard that when u do the quests every day (weapons probably last week) u get a chance of getting one of the weapons: 1st unwelcome guest, 2nd unwelcome guest... and so on, and that the chances of getting the VIP weapons is very low. but this has not been confirmed yet.
