Note: I realize that there is already a guide out, but i do not agree with most of the builds there. Sniper 70: +1 Strafe (1) 71: +1 Blizzard (1), +2 MB (2) 72: +3 MB (5) 73~76: +3 AE (12) 77: +1 Puppet (1), +2 AE (14) 78~79: +3 AE (20) 80: +1 AE (21), +2 Puppet (3) 81: +3 Puppet (6) 82~84: +3 Dodge (9) 85: +1 Dodge (10) MAX , +2 Strafe (3) 86~94: +3 Strafe (30) MAX 95~97: +3 AE (30) MAX 98~101: +3 Eagle (15) 102~105: +3 Puppet (18) 106: +2 Puppet (20) MAX , +1 Blizzard (2) 107~112: +3 Blizzard (20) 113: +1 Blizzard (21), +2 Thrust (2) 114~115: +3 Thrust (8) 116: +2 Thrust (10) MAX , +1 Eagle (16) 117: +3 Eagle (19) 118: +2 Eagle (21), +1 up to user (1) 119~120: +3 up to user (7) Explanation: At level 70, you get 1 in strafe, just to taste a new skill. Then, you get 1 blizzard for the freezing effect. You also put 5 into mortal blow, to enable arrow eruption. Arrow Eruption is then put to 12, because you can then go to typhons . To assist training at typhons, and to save potions, puppet is put to 6 and dodge is maxed. Considering the next training spot is at Jr. Newties , strafe is maxed in preparation, and arrow eruption follows. Eagle is put to 15, to help train at Jr. Newties, but if you do not wish to go further with eagle, it stops at 15 because that enables Freezer in 4th job. Puppet is then maxed to even further help save potions and assist at Jr. Newties. Blizzard is then put to 21 for the 3 second freeze, and thrust is maxed for some extra mobility. Eagle is then put to 21 for the 95% stun rate, and after this, the number of attacks the eagle does starts to increase by less.
