"Hidden Potential" Items?

| So I was killing mushrooms to aquire vegetable oil. I killed one, and it drops a level 10 female bowman skirt. When I picked it up, the chat box says "You have picked up an item with hidden potential." And every time I put my cursor over the skirt it says it's hidden potential. Is this part of the event? |

| Buy a magnifying glass in a pot shop and use it on it... Then the Hidden potential will become visible.. Its has someting to do with %/potential equips. |
