My Ticket to Nexon about Win7/Vista DC

Dear Nexon Support, On behalf of ALL the Win7/Vista users who play maplestory, i would like to say that we are not only angered but also annoyed by the fact that we face constant DC in game. According to research that I've done, it is said that your company has recently done changes to maplestory making it so that there are compatibility issues with ALL Win7/Vista users. Many of us Win7/Vista users are really outraged by the fact that we are incapable of taking advantage of certain events such as the 2x EXP events and such. We are also incapable of just plain changing channels whether it be to go to the FM(which is now being DC by constant map crashers) or just to join a party for a PQ. We request that you fix this problem ASAP as many of us are of the brinks of quitting. This is a very serious problem and it MUST be fix! i decided to keep it simple and get right to the point lol. comments r greatly appreciated.

I've got vista and i don't DC that much...just occasionally when i switch to ch1 in FM. The only other problem i have is lag, though i suspect that is due to my crappy graphics card. Yes, so crappy it can't even run Maple Story properly.

64 bit win7 lol. my friend has the same problem. he has to switch to his super low ram xp just to play...

I run 64-bit Windows 7 as well and ever since the Dual Blade patch I've been dcing a lot, but even more so since this latest patch.

Sigh, thanks for this. I can still play the game somewhat okay, but I really dislike how upon upgrading to Windows 7 everything ran much faster except Maple, which ran considerably slower. I had to play with drivers for awhile to get it to work without SIGNIFICANT framerate lag. Even now, I can only play fullscreen (windowed lags to high heaven), and D/C randomly. :|

Yea Nexon really needs to write new OS's after the BBP if this isnt fixed a lot of maplers will just up and leave.
