Assuming you can do it, Dr. Bing will use the energy source to create an immensely powerful mechanical suit to eliminate the Visitors." So Stage 2 is open after 1 day. Coolio.

its not stage two sheesh, it's their other events so you can get medals to upgrade your armor etc.

I think you still can because after you finish part 1 quest it says "the time machine is 100% ready", or something like that. So i think we can enter it :D

It's seven days for the mount, not for stage 2. It was originally 7 days for Stage 2 as well but that's clearly been modified.
