So, my friend was over at my house. While I was gone at Driver's Ed., he decided to log onto MapleStory and do a few KPQs, since he hadn't played in two years and hadn't reached 2nd job yet. I walk in the door, and he's sitting there with my laptop on his lap. I started dancing to the awesome KPQ music. He asked, "Do you know where I am?" "Yeah, that's the KPQ music." "You're such a nerd." He laughed. So, naturally, we were having a grand old time. Before we get to the last stage, iKeelYouAll says that he can solo King Slime. He said, "Let me solo it." The party leader said no, as the boss fight is probably the most fun part of the PQ for most people. iKeelYouAll appears to be annoyed. We all went down to the King Slime platform and started attacking. My friend, having not played in two years, totally spaced out on Magic Guard, which he usually used to fight him. He died after two hits. Now, in any case like this, saying "lol" at somebody's death is perfectly fine. It's no big deal. iKeelYouAll, however, decides to rub it in my friend's face. "lol see i told you I should have solo'd. if u can't handle it dont fight it." Oh... Someone making such a snide remark shouldn't be surprised when they see some retaliation. Now normally, in these situations, my hands automatically drift towards the keyboard to explain to them the error of their ways. And normally, my friend will say, "don't worry about it, it's okay." But he said, "You know what? Do it, I'm hungry." So he got up and got himself something to eat while I started an e-fight with this guy. If you've seen me post before, you'll notice that I'm always typing with capital letters at the beginning of sentences, using correct grammar (for the most part), and doing my best to follow the rules of English. You're never going to see me typing like this: "so i went an told him abt my problems and he sed yo man, u stop coming over here." In-game, I'm the exact same way. The first thing he does is attack the way I type. I'm telling him about his condescending typing-tone, the way he rubbed it in my friend's face, and how immature his responses were. All he was saying was "lol ur a nerd," "u type like a nerd," "ur probably a mommies boy," "sorry, i dont beat up kids," and "im black." So I go on to tell him that when somebody is pointing out your character flaws in a serious way, and all you're doing is shouting insults and being immature, you really begin to make yourself look uncreative, immature, and unable to handle a serious situation. He counters with this: "ill get u shot" I double over, laughing. Seriously, who is this guy? "next time you come to canada, the moment u step out of the airport ill have you shot down" By the way, if you're wondering, I'm not trying to edit his grammar/typing to make him sound stupid.
