Windraider training at lvl 57

So lately i did some research and found that a lot of people are going to windraiders at lvl 55-80. my question is how the heck did you guys get to lower ascent at lvl 55? did you get an escort? or did you get doored? can you help me b/c i heard that lower ascent (sniping) is like super good exp.
