Rant: I feel that most fpshooters make handguns seem weak

| In many fps games, the assault rifle or smg or shotty or sniper or machine gun is always the most used. It neglects the fact that handguns are actually very deadly in real life. Barely ever will you see a handgun being used unless the person is a pro and ran out of bullets or it is a handguns only match. I understand that fps games would not be fun if every gun was 1 shot kills, but they should give handguns more power than that. It's just not right. I still love and play first person shooters, that was just my opinion. This won't be a long rant, I just want to read opinions. yup, i know this is my last thread of the day |

[/quote] i don't play fps, but i'm pretty sure that in mw2 you can get shot 2-4 times with an ak-47 or mp5 or whatever and still not die. that's not realistic. and who knows, maybe you can empty your entire colt 45 cartridge into someone and have them turn around and mow you down with a spray of bullets. that's why they're video games, and that's why they're stupid. |
