I'm running safari on osx snow leopard (everything is the latest version) When scrolling with up down arrows in some forums areas (like viewing a thread) it always sends you to the very top creating a elastic effect, 2 finger scrolling with a mouse is fine Also, when there's a long quote (when it requires a scrollbar) sometimes even when scrolling with 2 fingers, it sends you to the very top. CORRECTION: sometimes 2 fingers wont even scrolls (scroll bar moves, content doesn't)

This sounds like lag between your computer and the site. Check you internet connections and make sure everything is alright. -This is the only thing I can think of.

You should try using Basilmarket with another browser first, to see if it's a Mac problem or a browser problem.

It doesn't seem to be an issue on my mac (I use Safari too). Don't know what's going on for you. My only issue is the flash ad banners obscure the drop down menus, so I ended up blocking them. I sent a report to MrBasil to fix them, but it seems like no luck so far.

[/quote] Uh, no. That has nothing to do with a Mac. It has happened to me on a PC. Close the browser, and re-open it. It's often times a snag with the refresh button, or the goto top button. |

I suggest you switch to Firefox (I prefer Firefox, you might prefer something else). I've had problems in Safari like this with many other websites. I'm also running OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard) and in Firefox I have no problems what so ever.
