Anyone got an item they can't equip?

I bought a +9, 2x hammered, green-titled, one star (one upgrade scroll used on it apparently), Potentialed 81 ATT Craven from the FM and when I try to equip it the game tells me it's a durability item that ran out (even though it's not). I tried to repair it. Still no good. The claw is completely useless. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

i look on my item that dont work again and i saw that the hammer i use isnt there but the scroll that worked still there and i can use 2 hammers. thats wired 0.0

Sinzanteshu2 True but people wouldn't enhance an item that has 5 30%s or however many scrolls landed on an item with a 60 or 50% chance of working and 100% chance of being destroyed if the scroll fails.
