First, the hit rate formula is: Sqrt(your acc) - Sqrt(mob avoid) + 100 Sqrt means square root, and the above formula caps at 100%. Then you have to factor in your level penalty if your level is lower. Its -5% for every level below your opponents level. And finally, to determine your Acc, use this formula: 1.2 dex + Luk + Acc from equips/skills.

We dont know what the avd is of the optimal monsters to train on at each level, and on top of that you will need 225 Acc now to hit the monster with the highest avoid 100% of the time. Personally, I'd say we'd have to wait and see, but most likely it will be the same as it is now. If you have the money to obtain acc/dex equips then you wont have a problem. If you dont then you will have a problem.

[/quote] actually i use the search function all the time and read through the threads on the forums that would contain my questions so i dont need to make another thread clogging up space where people with actual need and no answers can get them

...No. You're not going to be able to go Dexless very well (not wasting potential slots scrolling for accuracy). Another speculation that is totally off is that the time leveling is going to get cut in half. It will most likely be reduced by only 20%, even less than EXPlosion becoming permanent.

[/quote] my personal speculation is that we will just get given KMS's rate to replace our own and our own content will be balanced to that.
