Should I get a Wii?

Well I was reading the "Who Here Loves LoZ:Wind Waker" thread and it made me think about playing Zelda games again. I used to have a gamecube, but my little brother sold it to GameStop -,- And I remembered how much I LOVEEDDD playing Zelda games. And I'm pretty sure that the Wii can play gamecube games and we have a gamecube controller still. So is it worth getting a Wii just for Zelda games for the Wii and Gamecube or are there better games for it? I'm not a big Super Smash Bro. Fan either. I absolutely loved Majoras Mask even though I didn't even get halfway through... And I loved Wind Waker (I played a demo of it). So where would I still be able to get those games if I did get a Wii? The thing is, is that I'm saving up for a car also so my money is going to be going to that also. I would also have to buy a tv to put in my room to play it on. Thanks Basil! IceStare

Ur money whatev u wanna do with it, Personally i like the wii but the sensor thingy annoys me sometimes and finding the hand can be a pain, But overall i would buy a wii :D

The Wii is relatively inexpensive and has a lot of great 1st party games. I would definitely pick one up.

Yes the wii is the best. Install homebrew and you can get all of the games you had when you were a kid for free. A used one is only about $100 on ebay.

I think its a good idea. I recently bought a Wii and I don't even have a Wii game..(except for the wii sports/resorts) but, dam.. playing windwaker, ocarina, majoras, zelda 1 and zelda 2 is really entertaining. =D Eventually you will have to buy a Wii game, but for me it doesn't matter as long as I can play the games I like.

my wii was a paper weight for 2 or 3 years then I modded it. it gets a little more use now

Don't buy it. The cool kids all have xbox360s and whatnot. No seriously, don't get it. Unless you like many Nintendo original characters.
