Does Ice Charge Freeze?

Soooooooo Yay, I leveled my page to 70 yesterday, did the advancement and was happy with my new white knight skills. Buts I has a question on ice charge. Does ice charge freeze monsters? Because I was looking at the skills, and I never saw any % chance thingy about freezing, and I was really really wondering if if ice charge does freeze, if it does, is it worth it getting it at 70? Or should I stay with fire charge, I do have those free sp reset thingies for levelling to 70, soooo may I get some honest help from people please?

It does indeedy :D It's a 100% chance to freeze. I wouldn't say it's worth getting though, as it's the weakest charge. However if you want to mpq then there's nothing wrong with putting say 4 points in before maxing fire charge. (I recommend you go fire >lightning > ice since you have a greater choice of training areas and will level faster that way)

Ice always freezes. The only thing that does increase as you level it is the duration of the freeze. At most it will freeze for 3 seconds at level 21. Its the most useful charge at level 1. So yes use that point on it. then The build is 1 ice charge>max fire>max lit>max ice>max cb>whatever you want
