Hey everyone i was wondering where and how i can get Holy charge? I cannot find this clear information anywhere, please tell me the steps tog etting it! thanks

It's a quest from the 4th job warrior tutor, IIRC. You need to get this Holy Cup from a NPC somewhere in Aqua Road near Pianus, then you need to HTPQ and click on the fountain at the end to fill the cup.
