Where to Find The NPC that Sells 100% LUK Scrolls?

I want to buy 3 100% luk scrolls. But before I do that, which gives more Weapon Att? 1 Dagger ATK 100% Scroll or 3 100% Luk Scrolls? If LUK then which NPC sells them? EDIT: I meant 100% LUK scrolls for gloves. If there is no such thing as that, where do u find 100% Dagger ATk?

You can not buy it from an NPC. And there is no such thing as a 100% LUK scroll for weapons.

u can only buy scroll for dagger for attack not luk o.0

all 100% weapon scrolls can be bought at any 100% scroll NPC, the easiest to get to is prob the kerning swamp 2 (4got the actualy name)
