Do you get irritated by people that wake up like this?

My whole family are all complete angry and annoying spazes when they wake up. just earlier when my bro was asleep with my laptop next to him, and I bent over him to go get it, he woke up all freaked out and kicked me in the head (v*,*)O-('.'Q) he freaked out and said "What the hell were you doing over me?" I explained to him and he went back to sleep. and just in general when he wakes up he's so annoying. even if his phone rings he'll fling his body up, grab his phone and stares at it like it's an Alien until he's awake enough to know that someone called him... my Mom does this too. if any tries to wake her up she slurs her words and talks in a really bad Italian accent and acts so spaced out. the only time I woke up pissed off like a spaz like this was when my brother and his friend were being stupid and jumped up and down on my bed. I sprung up and knocked him down to the floor, then he curses me out even though he's done worse... even if nothing but the sunlight wakes them up, they wake up so angry and spaced out... it's creepy :X do you have to go through this?

Usually I'm the last person to wake up out of all my family members, so I typically don't see them waking up. :/ Though, even when they take naps this doesn't really happen.

my dad's like this but he always gets up at 6am whilst i get up at like 9 so i never get to experience it his state is more comedic than annoying, though

nobody in my family (aka my mom) doesn't wake me up unless it's a school day and my alarm didn't do the trick other than that, i'm kind of a light sleeper so you can just tap me and i'll wake up
