Inexperienced Staff chokes deaf guy.

The inexperienced staff thought that the deaf guys were shoplifting but, did not have any evidence or facts. The stuff from the other store made the alarm go off, but the deaf guy did not hear it and kept on walking. When the guys left the store, the security tattled down one of the deaf guys and started to put him in a choke-hold. The security guards must have asked him to stop, but he was deaf so he did not hear. The big black guy in the jeans is a store detective who jumped and tackled the large Hispanic deaf guy for not stopping and �listening� to him. The security guards continue to choke him, and then he is taken away. No, the security guard did not even listen to a single word the guy in the white said. I am pretty sure they also judged by their race, and because they are men (that went to Forever 21). (Which is sexist and racist.) I know that you cannot attack someone unless they are attacking you. This is similar to how police cannot shoot unless the person has a weapon on them are about to use it/or has thoughts of using it. Some Facts � The one that was choked does not speak English. � The friend tried to show the receipts because when they entered, they brought in things in a bag that was not from the store. But the security guards pushed him away. They did not give him a chance. � The person who filmed this video started when he was outside and one of the security also told the guy who filmed this to stop, because they did not want a law suit on their hands. � The deaf guy was charged for robbery and assault. My Opinions/Other Yes, all the time in most shops, alarms go off even if they did not steal something. Whenever I go to the mall, I must have heard it twice, and people just keep walking on and the cashier just knods their head because they did pay for it. The good thing is that he did not die, or they would've said he died due to an "accidental" cause. How was he charged with assault? He was on the friggin ground for the whole time. If assault means trying to escape death, then sure, that's assault.

If some stupid video about some guy who moves out of the way and supposedly ditches his girlfriend and the ball hits her, can make the news. Than anything can. I mean that guy obviously moved out of the way to catch the ball, people are getting dumber by the week.

It's even worse that out of all the bystanders, not one decided to go "hey, he's trying to SHOW you his reciept", or "hey cut it out, he's not even shoplifting". Like, what the hell. I feel sick by seeing what our society is, and horribly upset and sympathetic because: A - He's deaf so he couldnt exactly argue his point, and B - He's being punished for "assault" when all he did was try to tap-out.

you cant really blame the people just standing there obviously some tried to communicate like you could hear a woman saying "he's turning purple cut it out" since we know the background we have the hindsight bias and obviously we're very enraged but when you're actually there not knowing what's going on you never know ='/
