Night Lord or Dark Knight?

After some time researching on a couple of desirable jobs, I've narrowed it down to either a dark knight or night lord. I want to create character that is enjoyable as well as being able to boss well (Which would be able to get into a boss run easier?). Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated. Another note: I'm not damage hungry :P
