white belt better or owl belt? and whats evil tale,i got one and its blue name,and i didnt scroll it, is it really rare?how much is it?

sleepyxdudeunless you need the accuracy for some odd reason, white belt edit: a blue name just means it's way above average, like maybe max m.att and w.att

i see you got nex'owned by the amoria hair quest white belt is probably better for you no, not all of them are blue named, but it's not necessarily rare

No not all Evil Tale wands are blue named. Like we told you, sometimes when you get a equip from a monster it might be blue titled. Blue - above avg Grey - Under avg White - Normal

Well, owl belt only adds accuracy and avoidability, right ? So, use White belt.
