how do i fill up the special meter, i understand taking hit from the monster fill it up slowly, but is there a possible way i can deal damage to them and fill up the meter?

That's the way it used to work when dojo first came out. Every time you attacked, it would fill up the meter and it would fill up faster if you had low hp. Now, it's nerfed and only fills when you take damage

If I could get me bamboo rain, I'd get to rog, probably. I miss the old way so much, but I supposed it made it too easy, especially for sairs and BMs.

Be really, really good at dodging attacks and a bit of luck (especially with pap) Or be a brawler/tb and abuse invincibility frames

No wonder why I can't get the special bar... I kill most of the monsters before they can attack, and the ones that do attack, miss.

You need to take damage. So if you solo, you'd need to have a skill that recovers HP. Potential effect, durability effect, an assassin's drain, marauder's energy drain or aran's combo drain.

I turn off MG and take hits like mad I find that the harder you get hit the more it charges, plus I have to get my HP under 50% to use Chakra.
