Ch 1 Perion used to be the free market, since the town itself is rather small, and has 1 level platform where everyone could scrunch in and see what everyone was selling. Plus it had small platforms for people to jump ontop of.

Perion Freemarket: Was used only on the bottom terrain because of the storage dude was near it. Flat=Good ^_^ So people just did it and others joined.

Back then, no one knew what the free market was for, and shops werent available yet. so people had to gather some where, and thats where it happened. Another popular gathering spot was KPQ area.
