Yea so i got my braces tightened for the first time. THEY HURT SO BAD, can anyone tell me how to relieve this agony of pain? Edit:Ok its been about 10 hours and my teeth dont hurt too bad that i cant eat anything And thx for ze comments

are you serious? haha. anyway, taking advil or tylonel before getting your braces tighten is the way to go, but right now alternating between ice and a heating pad helps. if you need something to chew on just get gum or anything soft.
