Pam's Song ID: 5640000 Description: Use this item to prevent that the number of item upgrade slots will be deducted if the scroll fails. I think it's a combination of white scroll/clean slate. you have to use the scroll and have it fail before clean slating it. in the UI that you showed, it said your upgrade failed, so i don't think pam's song will work with previously scrolled items

I think this is the karma scissor thing. Msea had karma scissor and people thought it would be 10k nx but it was actually 3k nx. So then I'm guessing Pam's song would be 10k nx ea. I hope it's like a 100% clean slate. Due to these description : Use this item to prevent that the number of item upgrade slots will be deducted if the scroll fails. It acts like a white scroll. Due to the pic : It seems like you scrolled an item and that thing pops up but I'm un sure. But I really hope it is like a 100% clean slate ^^.
