I'm LowDex, what should I do with my dilemma?

Tomorrow I plan on hitting the big 100. Right now I have a base DEX of 45, +65. I of course need 140. I can afford to upgrade an extra 30 DEX, but I wouldn't have too much money left over after buying my claw. I have an extra 700m or so coming in from selling old equips. I'm thinking in the long run, I can keep my DEX low and snag an HTP at 120, but it might not result in better damage than a MoN. Should I just raise my base DEX? I'm more on the side of raising it so far, because I don't think at HTP can outstat the MoN's 10 weapon attack and availability.

Mine does.

If you potential it, yes an HTP outstats a MoN. But if you're talking an egged once HTP, then no. I would pump your dex to 50 or 55, giving you more leverage. You find some pretty good earrings out in FM, especially Rose earrings. People potential them for +10 Dex clean, so just finish it off and hammer it for 20dex+ earrings. That's a chunk right there. Helms, you can potential those too. I got lucky and got a +5% Dex and +5Dex on my Scarlion, so that's also another option. I would also suggest potentialing your top and bottom, and if you can, cube them. Your top and bottom are both great sources of Dex, not to mention the fact that they do come with some Dex and the pants can be scrolled with Dex.
