Should I be DEX-less?

I have about 10M meso not counting about 10M worth of scrolls.... not much... but a start. I have one set of steely a friend gave me and I'm buying more stars. Should I go DEX-less? If not, how high should my DEX be? And if I go DEX-less, I assume I use the maple weapons?

DEXless. Yes, maple weapons. (And Shinobi Bracer) Highest damage at the earlier levels. (Assuming the person you're comparing yourself to used the same amount of funds) Get tobis, and slowly upgrade the stars from there. There's not much you can buy with 10m though. :/ Get a cheap wa 6 work glove or something. These are pretty cheap in my server because of the 15% GFA scrolls from the Hi-5 Treasure Map Event during Maple Anniversary; not sure about your server though.

I've been doing lots of quests for scrolls so meso is coming along with some gach scrolls. I've been watching for tobis in the FM... hoping to get a few sets. Guess I should start saving up for a maple claw then.

Get some 50% scrolls and scroll some claws so u dont have to pay for rlly good ones and later when u dont need them u might be able to sell them for a lot when the 50% event is over

i don't think 10m is enough. 2 steelys are 10m. You could think of being lowdex instead?

Be dexless, heres what I do. Get to 20 using clean equips, then scroll a bathrobe to 5 dex so you have 30 dex, buy any colour titans(level 15) and +7 them with 100's. Then do valefor hat quests and wear the valefor hat. You should have 8-9 mil left. Start to save money, sell kpq scrolls. Level to 35 and buy a cheap maple claw for 5-9 mil. After you do this, have fun cpqing!

So I bought steelys, a 6 atk wg, 31 atk maple claw, and I have a 2 luk bathrobe from an untradeable scroll I got. 12M and about 10M in scrolls. What should I buy/save up for next?

Yes become dexless. You are much more powerful than sins/nw/dits with dex. Try to buy an NX Prepaid card and buy something like a 15+luk robe or 10 atk wg in MTS. And yes you use maple weapons :Maple Claw, Maple Kandayo, and Maple Skanda. and other non-dex weapons :Neva, SHinobi Bracer. or if you want you can cap dex at a certain lvl if you want to use a certain weapon that interests you.

NO! I strongly suggest not to become dexless...im a Night Walker..... Being dexless does sorta make you stronger (if u have a good claw) but, your accuracy is determined by yur DEX...so you will miss enemies, but when u hit em you'll do good damage... i think you should become a night walker...because they get 6 ability points..meaning that you can put 5 on LUK (which wood be all of yur points on an assassin) and 1 dex and still be a good damage-dealer... Hope this helps you...

Become dexless. Well you could get some claw attack scrolls for a garnier. I would use that till you reach lvl 35, when you can wear a maple claw. I had a 36 attack Maple Claw so I don't know how you would work out but when you get NX. Use it on Gacha and sell it to fund yourself or either go to MTS and buy a 14-30 Luck Sauna or Bathrobe depending on your fund of NX. I would definetly try starting out with Tobis and build up to Steelies and stay there since they are much cheaper then iibis. At the moment buy a better work glove if your funded for it like an 8 attack glove. If your going to be dexless also get a pair of Black Snowshoes and scroll them for Dex and hope your scrolling is haxs ;D

I'm 41 right now. Just trying to decide what to go for next when it comes to gear. So a sauna/bathrobe should be my next goal? Also, do I scroll myself or buy one already scrolled?

LUK sauna and robes are overrated. I know plenty of DEX-less NLs that do not have a LUK overall and can do the same damage as one that does. However, with the prices for LUK overalls plummeting, you can snatch one if neccessary, but it shouldn't be your priority until 140+ when it comes time to boss. It's also cost efficient to buy a pre-scrolled one rather than scrolling your own. But to lessen your hole in your wallet, I suggest shooting for a 15-18LUK pair of overalls or a 20LUK hammered one until your 140-150+ area. Your accuracy is influenced by LUK and DEX. Each DEX gives .8 accuracy while each LUK gives .5 accuracy. Being DEX-less is fine, you get more damage, nearly the same amount of accuracy (give or take about 10) and is cost efficient at the level range under 140.
