Well, I don't have any unnecessary bruises, acne, black heads, (Well, maybe just 3 on my entire body), anywhere. I have a 4 pack, I have decently toned triceps, but extremely out of shape biceps. I am very skinny in my arms, (especially wrists), but other then that, I'm fine. Oh, and I'm small. So I'd say 5 to 6, for when it comes to my body.
