Because theres a lvl 30 easy to buy bow in the store. Everybody wants to get the new equip instead of staying with the lvl28 crossbow. Way to go Nexon and Wizet. Edit: I remember making a bowman a long time ago. I thought xbows were cool and I used them all through to lvl 30. Then i switched so I could use the lvl 30 bow. This was the first character I ever made.

It sort of makes sense. People who don't know what they want to do are just like "Well, I have a bow right now, soooo...." Whereas people who actually know about the game will make an educated decision.

[/quote] not til 4rth job is there a difference. Rangers rely on puppet more while snipers rely on ice more. Only real difference til hurricane as opposed to strafe+pierce/snipe. I see what OP is saying, but you would have to have been new to the game to think like that. Its not like hes saying "ive played the game for so long i decided to buy level 30 bow instead of 28 xbow."

No... the majority of people like [agile characters, slightly weaker, fast attacks] rather than [slow characters, strong, slow attacks] You can see it with the other classes. People prefer: Hero > Paladin BM > MM .. and so on.
