Does not having NX realy matters on DB?

Well,I was thinking of making a Dual Blader. Im not realy funded and stuff but I cant buy a few items. I cant buy NX and the surveys wont work for me. So my question is: does me not having NX going to matter realy bad on my Dual Blader? (Please ignore all my Spell/Grammar errors english is my 3rd languge)

You can do it without until 70, when you need Flying Assaulter and Mirror Image. You can buy the skillbooks with mesos but they're super expensive and they don't give you an extra skillpoint. So yeah go ahead until lvl 70 but until then you're stuck.

I am having the same problem i cant buy NX or do the surveys (well it might be hard to train because for all the good skill you need NX)
