Yellow Bandana from gacha?

Basil says that Yellow Bandanas can be obtained from the the NLC Gachapon, however I thought they can't be obtained anymore.. Basil mistake or you can really get them? (I am NOT talking about the maple yellow danas, I am talking about a Yellow Dana).

i saw a yellow dana about a week ago going for 250mil so theyre pretty rare but most likely obtainable still.

There are no retired items except for event items and things removed from the game. There are many rare gacha items other than the yellow dana, including the thermometer sword and the bamboo spear.
