Got banned for billing issues

Recently, I got banned. It says "Your account has been BLOCKED for any billing or payment issues. Please contact billing pp@nexon.net . If Anyone got that recently, were you unbanned? What's the reason of this ban? I didn't do anything wrong, I didn't charge any paypal, nor was I involved in any meso expliot or duping. This happened 5 days ago, and my character is still on ranks. Thanks to anyone who helps.

Nexon is seriously going to far with all these random bannings. They say log a ticket. But I will be unbanned before I get a response. This just isn't fair.

billing issues.. that's a new one. contact them via email, then Log a ticket and wait it out. not much else you can do.
