Do owl feathers work yet?

I searched all the threads I could find but they were all dated before june 30th, and the item says june 30th is when they are usable. So, basil fiends, are owl feathers currently active? What do they give? Are we being teased again? has anyone tried em? Still no go? Maybe nexon forgot about em. ;c

No go, from the looks of it. I'm pretty sure the Owl Feathers are supposed to change into something entirely different before they actually give out stuff. Seems like Nexon forgot about them...
