Holy jesus...9% MP O_O...Even if ur at my level with only 2500 MP thats like 250 Mp increase...HP WASHERS WOULD DIE to get that. But 600m seems like an amazing deal. Idk though. Imagine like 10000+ MP...1000+ MP increase @2above, what are u talking about...isnt it 6% of ur total str?
