How to remove Antivir Antivirus

So I let my brothers friend use my computer and this trojan is magically installed on my computer. My bro's friend just leaves. I managed to make the program not run, but it's still on my computer. How can I delete it? EDIT: WRONG SECTION

Google it. You can get rid of most of these problems by restarting in safe mode and then just run a scan w/ a real antivirus.

Malwarebytes + spyware search and destroy make a pretty nasty combo

Yea I did a malware bytes scan but i it's still there. I did a full scan, and then a quick scan, it deleted it, but its still there.
