Definitely all of the boss quests, they give hefty amounts of fame.

Papulatus quest =O Level 90 I think, and you talk to some dude inside the clock building in Ludi.

some said it. its a chain of quests that ends with "for Phyllia" its in magatia and you have to be lvl 75 to finish
