What should I do about my APs?

I have a 55 sin from a while ago. DEX 96 LUK 230 including equips. I wasn't into the idea of capping or dexless back then (this was back when you had to roll dice for your stats) I want to start playing on him again, but he's reallly weak and defenseless. What are your recommendations for my equips/AP distribution? Please note that I have 1-2mil of funding to share between a number of characters

I think it's best if you use the resets for HP washing because lowering your dex isnt a good idea. Just stay reg dex and cap it at 110+
