Yesterday before the rollback in windia i finally got 1m mesos and i started buying icicles for 100k ea, now i only have 600k and people arent selling them to me for 100k and i ended up buying one for 170k -_-, did the price go up or something?

You will enter the Phantom Forest. Then there will be a somewhat-hidden portal on a platform above your head. Go in and do all of the required quests. I think it's 40+ or 50+ though
