Does claw mastery affect lucky 7?

| I've heard that lucky 7 dosen't need claw mastery. So if this is true, i can skip claw mastery and max crit first + haste? |

| U can max the crit first but dun maxhaste yet. Just max mastery b4 haste tho to be on the safe side |

| Claw Mastery does NOT affect the damage of L7. At all. It doesn't affect the mastery of L7 either, as L7 has no such thing. It's a special skill. Max Critical AND haste before L7. |
