I been playing MW2 on and off for a bit now, but I think I may try to start getting more serious, but my main problem is that I can't stick with one set-up, nor am I too familiar with how to get the best out of most of the perks. Most of the weapons are already unlocked (brother and dad plays). Current favorite gun is the SCAR but I find it runs out of ammo too quick, I was interesting in light-machine guns. No I do not want to use noob-tube, it sounds boring. =l

Run out of ammo? Use scavenger. Too lazy to walk to dead bodies? Use one man army. My main advice: Stop playing, I wasted 500 hours + on this game to get to 10th prestige, and if I could take it back, I would.

Try out the TAR-21. I had a point that all my classes were the TAR. If you're having a problem with running out of ammo use scavenger, it gives extra mags. If you're going to roll with an LMG I recommend the RPD or the L86 LSW.

I really like using the Scar, Tar, and the RPD for main weapon, and the Spas with grip for a secondary. For my perks I use Marathon Pro, Scavenger Pro(really useful with Scar), Sleight of hand pro, bling once in a while, Stopping power pro, ninja pro, and steady aim pro.

[/quote] I'm looking for something to play I enjoy, so far I enjoy it, if I stop having fun, I'll quit. Above- Is the tar good for long and short range? I remember trying a F2000 (or whatever its called, 2nd to last assault rifle), even through it said it had range, I always had more trouble hitting people from longer ranges. |

The Tar is great for close-mediumish range, and for a little farther than medium-long you'll have to burst fire for it to be efffective.

This game.. makes your self-esteem go down. So your notice people saying like... "OH MY %@*% GOD! F-$@*$ING KILL THAT GUY!" yeah... something like that. Good guns/perks would be; Tar 21- silence Perk 1: Scavenger Pro Perk 2: Stopping Power Pro Perk 3: Ninja Pro or Steady aim Pro OR Commando pro usually get alot of nukes by this. Btw, never go near 1-2 allies. Stay behind some objects, while shooting.

I'd just stick with ump silenced, any blue perk, cold blooded, and ninja. If it gets me a 2.94kdr and 1.9wlr, I'd say it may do something for you. If that doesn't work, try the famas/m16, fal (if you have a good trigger finger, just takes some time), or acr (no recoil...) Btw, the ump is the most op'ed gun in the game, and knifing/quickscoping is always a good way to take off stress Also, I'd recommend a headset. If you're getting turtle beaches, just get the x11/x1's. the more expensive ones don't help you sound *hore any better.

Use a silenced UMP. I've played with a few people (who are simply amazing) that can just run around with a UMP and own. You may want to either become good at using one weapon, or figure out quick scoping, drop shooting, etc. Edit: I never bothered with drop shooting, but quick scoping works great for me.
