If it's something I was thinking about like 5min ago "which I forgot", I go back to the same spot where I thought about it and really really trying to remember if there was anything particular I was looking at or I was talking/thinking about before the thing I forgot.

[/quote] I have been sitting in my chair for a good hour now. Maybe i had a different sitting position... And i forgot it like 5min ago. But i wasnt looking at anything particular, just spacing out. But that sounds good for other situations. EDIT: I think it was something i wanted to look up or write down..
