Charing NX to my account not working?

Right now I just received the code for a 10 dollar nexon card. I know its legit because a rl friend owned me a favor a bought it for me. However, when I type in the code of the nx card is says system error. So i changed one letter to in the code to see if it said thee same thing. It said invalid card. Therefore, I'm pretty sure the code I typed in the begining was correct. Why am I getting system error? Can anyone else not charge nx to their account?

I have the same problem. I got 50k NX and I tryed all cards and it says system error. They were payed for and activated too >.<

Me too, I bought a prepaid card, and it just said, 'invaild card' but my other card worked so it's either nexon or the person who activated the prepaid card.
