HOW TO: Unban yourself from autoban.

Many have been experiencing a bug at the mansion where users are being auto-banned falsely. I, myself, was auto-banned at jesters. However, if you go to your C:NexonMaplestory folder, or where ever you installed the game, you should find a file named "gamelauncher.exe." If you are autobanned due to this bug, you should launch the game via this file, rather than from the website. I do not know whether or not this allows people who were actually deserving of a ban to still play the game. On a side note, I believe the auto-bans at the mansion are due to the fact that you can fall and not take damage in the chimney. The game could mistake this for a hack if a bit of code is missing or incorrectly typed.

yeah but i was using the gamelauncher.exe option so I'm guessing this option will be a no-go since I didn't use the site before

How about try this. Restart computer. Run it as admin by right clicking it. Then try again. nO, i dont remember sorry.
