When should I start adding dex/str?

I'm a level 87 CB. Str - 4+23 = 27 Dex - 40+23 = 63 Int - 4+21 = 25 Luk - 412+26 = 438 Ravana - 17/18/18/18 Mushroom Medal - 2 All Explorer's Knuckle Vest Suit - 4 Luk Spiegelmann's Necklace - 1/2/0/1 White Belt - 1 All Maple Asura Dagger - 2 Str So far, these are the only equips I have that increases stats. Pretty weak equips. I started adding dex at level 84 until 87 but I realize there is no point of me adding so early as I won't be getting new equips soon. So I'm asking when should I start adding dex and str to be able to wear new weapons and D.Khanjar while getting the most out of my damage until then. My goal is also to be able to wear the level 80 topwear and bottom. With that, I'm going to try to further increase my dex and str with accessories. Hopefully, it would be enough. Furthermore, with the potential equips out, should I aim for high dex so I can fill up my equips with %luk equips? Also, should I sacrifice a whole bunch of stats by not getting the HTP but rather a MoN?

start adding dex and str at lvl 100, screw the lvl 80 equips, they'll just make u weak if u start adding dex too early as for % equips, try to keep ur base luk as high as possible so the % equips give u really good benfits, try to get top, bottom, earings, shoes with 2-3 % luk because at lvl 120, 1% luk = 6 luk and since ur poor just get Mon
