maxing steal before sb?

With the new patch out, steal is now a mobbing skill, right? My question is: is steal worth maxing before SB? anyones thoughts on this would be nice :D thanks. and btw, in terms of leveling speed, in my opinion, steal would definitely be more beneficial than SB. Correct me if I'm wrong.

What's the maximum damage output on max Steal? Unless it's much higher than 480%, you're better off with just SB since you'll have that damage output on a single monster instead of requiring a mob. SB is also going to continue to be one of your main attack skills all the way up to level 200 -- you'll just be using it in combo with bstep. So I still think SB should be a priority.

sb befor steal for sure even though its like 520% max and faster than sb, it requires u to attack 4 monsters for it to be usefull, it can be really good in cpq but so is sb, so it doesnt matter too much
