That's not that bad.....for my high school's band camp everyone goes up to an actual camp place. Including both visual and music rehearsals, they work for about 9 hours a day. It's actually a lot of fun.

I joined Marching band my Sophomore year. First day of band camp, they treated me nicely and made all the other people do work, since they NEEDED a bass player. It was from 8 AM to 9 PM, 1hr lunch break. Come second day, they make me do TONS of work, just like everyone else. I quit. :D
