Is Paralyze 30 extinct atm in Broa?

I've used an Owl of Minerva 5 times a day for the past 2 weeks and not ONCE had a Paralyze 30 shown up... T~T

If worst comes to worst, you can try killing Levaithan for it? Just wait a few weeks, and it'll show up eventually (I hope lol)

I have a paralyze 30, but I'm going to use it as soon as I can find (and pass) paralyze 20. I owled for paralyze 20 for weeks until just this past weekend there was a guy selling one for 44m and he wouldn't budge on his price. No way I'm paying that much for paralyze 20. EDIT: I was browsing FM today and finally found a paralyze 20 and passed it, but I failed the 30 I had D=

Get 2x drop + buff if possible and hunt leviathans... didnt drop any for weeks and suddenly i had 4 drop in one day... only passed the 3rd one... Para 20 was the rare one for me...

I was lucky enough to get both for around 5m each but it took me about 2 months of searching and spamming all my connections to find people who had the books. The owls failed me too.

I owled for days and finally found one in Windia, it failed. I have been hunting levi sometimes now, try GPQ you can get it there too.
