And another thread.... Step 1: Level Up Step 2: Put 1 point into HP Step 3: Use AP reset to take one out of MP Step 4: Put the point into HP Step 5: Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have 1 reset left Step 6: Use Ap reset and take one out of MP Step 7: Put the point into STR. Said DeathBrawler I don't want to HP wash, since 8k HP is fine for me. Can this strategy be used for strength washing? 20 extra points into strength would be really nice.

This is bad for melee characters Lets say, if you were to normally add 1 ap after leveling into hp. You would get around 100 hp. This is because when you add points obtained from leveling, the added HP is influenced by HP increase. However, if you were to take a point out of mp and add into hp. You would only get around 20 hp. This is because the system doesnt recognize you having HP increase so instead you get 20 hp since you HP increase did not affect it. Thus, you lose potential hp.

No ... ok most people don't know how this works. imagine all your stats as completely empty yet separate jars and each AP you get from a lvl up as a marble. now the exception to this rule is that HP and MP share the same jar. All an AP reset does is take a marble from one jar and put it into another. if you have never put an AP point into the HP/MP jar, you cannot take a marble away. So when you level up people typically put a marble into the HP/MP jar in the form of raising HP then they use the reset to remove that marble from the jar via lowering MP. the way the AP reset works is that you cannot add the point back to the same jar you just took it away from, so it can't go straight back into the HP/MP jar, it must go into one of the 4 main stat jars. by doing this, you (in theory) keep all your AP marbles in the 4 main stats (or well your primary/secondary) while only temporarily placing the marble in the HP/MP jar then removing it right away with the reset. you can never go above the normal (whatever you start with + 5/lvl) of AP stats ... well at least as your base, obviously. ***edit*** if you are already dexless, I would just HP wash even more ... it is 20 free resets after all, you can never have enough HP ... well unless you have 30k without HB.
